Some tips to ensure you will receive the best photos possible - and sell your home ASAP.
Clean and de-clutter your home (most important).
Remove as many personal items & photos as possible.
Have all the lights on, ceiling fans off & shades/blinds open (I will do these if vacant).
Keep cars in the garage or out of the driveway for exterior shots.
Please try to have family & pets out of the house during the shoot (I am usually in & out within half an hour to an hour tops).
